Frequently asked questions
What is Stack Runway?
Stack Runway is a private planning workspace for examining a Bitcoin-backed loan. It calculates loan-to-value ratios, price thresholds, projected debt, checkpoint risk, and hypothetical collateral-defense scenarios from values you enter.
Does Stack Runway predict the price of bitcoin?
No. Future BTC prices are editable assumptions used for stress testing, not predictions, promises, recommendations, or guaranteed market floors.
What is loan-to-value, or LTV?
LTV compares modeled debt with the market value of posted collateral. A higher LTV generally means less room before a lender threshold.
Does Stack Runway connect to my lender or wallet?
No. The tool does not request lender credentials, wallet addresses, private keys, or permission to transact.
Is this financial, tax, legal, or investment advice?
No. Stack Runway is an educational planning tool and does not recommend borrowing, buying, selling, pledging, or transferring BTC.
